About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Strategist who can take ownership of Meta Ads and Google Ads performance across a diverse client portfolio. This is a hybrid role that blends strategy and hands-on execution, ideal for someone who is confident building campaigns while also guiding overall paid media direction.
You will play a key role in improving campaign performance, strengthening internal capabilities, and helping scale a growing paid media function within a fast-moving agency environment.
This is initially an internal-facing role focused on supporting and upskilling the team, with potential to grow into a more client-facing or leadership position over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
* Manage and optimize performance across multiple service-based and B2B client accounts
* Improve ROAS, lead quality, and overall campaign efficiency
* Build, test, and refine campaigns across audiences, funnels, and creatives
* Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to align ads with strong-performing assets
* Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations
* Provide strategic guidance and support to junior team members
* Contribute to the development of scalable paid media systems and frameworks
* Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in Meta and Google Ads
What We’re Looking For
* 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in paid media
* Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
* Proven experience managing performance campaigns for service-based or B2B clients
* Strong understanding of campaign structure, funnel strategy, and scaling approaches
* Ability to diagnose performance issues and implement practical solutions independently
* Familiarity with UK or Western consumer and commercial markets
* Experience working in fast-paced agency environments managing multiple accounts
* Strong communication skills with a clear, commercial approach to reporting and insights
Nice to Have
* Experience with TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads
* Previous agency experience with multiple client accounts
* Exposure to content-led or creative-first marketing teams
* Experience with high-growth or founder-led businesses
* Experience mentoring or guiding junior media buyers
