Learnership Application Closing Date: 31 May 2026 Learnership Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa About the Santam Learnership Programme The Santam Learnership Programme is an entry-level transformation initiative designed to help unemployed youth gain skills and workplace experience within the financial services and insurance sector. The programme combines structured workplace learning with accredited theoretical training that leads to an NQF Level 4 qualification. Learners will also complete the FSCA Regulatory Exams (RE5), which can support future professional membership with the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA).
