Job Summary
Minimum requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification preferably a degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
* Minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience
* Valid drivers license and own transport
* Knowledge and experience with Employment Equity.
* Ability to address employee relations professionally, consistently, fairly, and with empathy.
* Must have knowledge of applicable Legislation relevant to HRM
* Experience with Social Labour Plans (SLP) advantageous.
* Experience and Knowledge of HR information systems (Sage 300 and BEE123) advantageous.
* Must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness.
* Must be willing to travel to various operations
