WHAT YOU’LL DO You will play a key role in ensuring accurate processing and validation of COID medical claims by: * Assessing COID claim information and billing accuracy (COID Gazette compliant) * Reviewing accounts against COID payment history * Managing communication with assigned medical practices * Supporting clients with claims-related queries and guidance * Following up on outstanding claim documentation * Updating systems and uploading medical reports to the Compensation Fund system * Supporting daily operations and meeting production deadlines * Assisting with training of new team members * Contributing to revenue targets and overall team success ? WHAT YOU NEED * Matric / Grade 12 (essential) * Tertiary qualification advantageous * Experience in client & funder communication (essential) * Medical claims experience (essential) ?
