IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
* AGA(SA) / BCom Accounting / Finance / related qualification.
* Minimum 5–10 years relevant finance experience.
* Minimum 3 years in a management role.
* Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
* Strong understanding of budgets, cash flow, controls, and compliance.
Highly Advantageous
* CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
* Agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, processing, or export industry experience.
* Cost accounting experience.
* ERP / systems experience.
* FX / treasury exposure.
