Job Summary
Minimum requirements:
* Degree in Commerce, Economics or Law (postgraduate advantageous)
* Minimum 7 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in senior legal collections management
* Strong commercial and strategic leadership skills
* Experience in high-volume recoveries and legal environments
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance
* Define and drive recovery strategies across portfolios
* Oversee call centre collections and legal escalation decisions
* Manage end-to-end legal recovery processes
* Optimise asset recovery (movable and immovable)
* Manage external attorney firms and performance
* Drive ROI, cost-to-collect, and overall recovery performance
* Ensure strong governance, compliance, and stakeholder alignment
