Job Summary
Our Client, a well-established nursery, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Horticultural Supervisor to manage and oversee daily propagation operations. The role involves active participation in propagation work, supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, planning production schedules, and managing irrigation systems. The successful candidate will have strong horticultural knowledge, a practical approach, and a commitment to sustainable growing practices.
Minimum requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in horticulture
* Relevant horticulture qualification
* Valid driver’s licence
* Strong computer literacy with good planning and organisational skills
* Solid knowledge of irrigation systems
* Hands-on, practical approach to work
* Sustainability-focused mindset
* Must reside in the Stellenbosch / Helderberg / Northern Suburbs area
