Job Summary
Minimum requirements:
* Culinary qualification advantageous
* Minimum 3–5 years catering and event kitchen experience
* Experience with large-scale catering events
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Event Food Execution from set up to breakdown
* Food Quality Control
* Food Safety Compliance
* Strong cooking and food finishing skills
* Ability to manage food service at live events
