Job Summary
Minimum requirements:
* Matric (Grade 12) required
* 5+ years pastry experience
* 3+ years in production / bulk pastry
* Professional Pastry / Baking qualification (preferred)
* Food Safety / HACCP certification (required)
* Plan and execute daily and weekly pastry production schedules
* Supervise pastry chefs, assistants, and production staff
* Maintain HACCP and food safety standards
* Enforce recipe adherence (weights, methods, bake times)
* Ensure portion control, yield accuracy, and consistency
