Job Summary
Minimum requirements:
* Admitted Attorney, with at least 5 - 10 years' post-admission experience gained
* Right of appearance in High Court appearance essential
* Experience in managing court cases from inception to completion in Civil litigation
* Derivatives as it relates to Business Law (Company Law; Commercial Law; Franchise Law; Labour Law; Civil litigation)
* Enough expertise and confidence in topics to advise, consult and represent a client on at least 3 of the above is essential
* Will be required to manage clients from inception to completion as and when matters are allocated to them:
+ Opening files
+ Consultations
+ Drafting
+ Billing (Deposits and invoices)
+ Representation
+ Constant feedback
* Will be required to travel from home to the office; clients and legal forums as they deem fit to do service delivery Working from home is available if it is sensible in terms of service delivery
* Should the Attorney be required to meet with Management, they will be instructed to attend at whichever location
* Own vehicle, valid driver’s license
* Should reside within a 50km radius of Greenstone, Edenvale
* Afrikaans/English proficiency
