Tourism/Hospitality - Tourism/Hospitality Management Johannesburg North FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities: * Partner with business stakeholders to analyse, monitor, and report risks in line with the approved risk plan. * Identify risk gaps and control weaknesses, collaborating with stakeholders to develop, monitor, and track remedial action plans. * Prepare and present risk reports highlighting key issues, trends, and areas requiring escalation. * Drive efficiencies through process improvement, automation, and innovative risk practices. * Maintain oversight of risk remediation actions and ensure delivery within agreed timelines. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Degree in Risk Management or a related discipline. Experience: * 2–3 years’ experience within the financial services or insurance industry, with exposure to risk management. * Experience working with governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks. * Exposure to stakeholder engagement and risk reporting. Skills: * Strong analytical and quantitative skills. * Sound understanding of risk management principles, governance, and relevant legislation. * Working knowledge of finance and accounting principles. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
