A well-established and growing company within the construction and property development industry is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within a stable company.
Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualification advantageous
Minimum 2–4 years’ bookkeeping experience
Experience working on Sage Online Accounting advantageous
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with VAT and general SARS submissions advantageous
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Available to start immediately
Responsibilities
Processing and maintaining financial records accurately
Managing creditors and debtors functions
Bank reconciliations and capturing of transactions
Assisting with VAT submissions and financial administration
Preparing financial reports and supporting management with financial information
Maintaining accurate filing and financial documentation
Assisting with general bookkeeping and office administration duties.
