Job Summary
REQUIREMENT:
\* RSA ID and legal residence essential
\* Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor in hospitality
\* Strong leadership ability to manage, train, and motivate a housekeeping team
\* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
\* Experience with stock control, linen management, and housekeeping systems
\* Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards
\* Good communication and guest interaction skills
\* Ability to work in a fast-paced lodge environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
\* Oversee and manage the housekeeping department and daily operations
\* Ensure all rooms and public areas meet 5-star cleanliness and presentation standards
\* Conduct regular room inspections and quality control checks
\* Manage laundry operations, linen, and stock control
\* Train and supervise housekeeping staff
\* Maintain housekeeping schedules and staff rosters
\* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
\* Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues
\* Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
PACKAGE:
\* R20,000 per month (Negotiable – DOE)
\* Live-in accommodation provided
