Job Summary
A well-established company based in Nasrec is seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team preferably female.
Minimum Requirements
• Matric (Grade 12).
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Finance, or related field advantageous.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ administration experience within HR, Payroll, or a TES environment preferred.
• Newly graduated candidates with a completed 3-year HR qualification and strong administrative skills will also be considered.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with biometric or time and attendance systems advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
• Verify invoices and timesheets against approved rate sheets.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with service providers.
• Manage requisition and approval processes.
• Load and maintain employee information on biometric systems.
• Maintain employee attendance and access records.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Prepare workforce data reports and provide administrative support to management.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with company
• Assist with ad hoc HR and administrative duties as required.
Salary
• R15 000 – R18 000 per month depending on current salary and experience.
• Newly qualified graduates: R10 000 – R12 000 per month.
