Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring on‑time delivery.
* Confirm purchase orders, verify delivery schedules, and ensure receipt of goods with customers.
* Coordinate dispatch and arrival of goods, updating SAP and order trackers.
* Expedite urgent orders and resolve delays to meet client timelines.
* Communicate shipping progress and delivery updates to clients.
* Manage customs documentation for international shipments.
* Build strong supplier and transport relationships to ensure smooth delivery.
* Resolve disruptions such as delays, shortages, or quality issues.
* Address procurement queries (quantities, damaged/incorrect shipments, MSDS).
* Maintain auditable document trails and accurate expediting reports.
* Ensure compliance with QMS and SHE policies.
Key Performance Indicators
* Supplier PO confirmation turnaround time
* Client PO confirmation turnaround time
* Query resolution turnaround time
* Client & supplier satisfaction scores
* Zero workplace safety incidents
Qualifications
* Tertiary education in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Commerce.
* 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or expediting.
* Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs regulations.
