Job Summary
Vibrating Screens Sales & Process Engineer, Chamdor (Krugersdorp),
* The candidates MUST have experience on our type of product – i.e. vibrating screens used on the mines for mineral processing – this is non-negotiable.
* Degree Mining, Metallurgy or Mineral Processing or Engineering
* 5 years exp in sales and process engineering within mine vibrating screens
* The position will require the following broad description of technical and commercial responsibilities (both of which are equally important):
* Sales: All functions relating to the sales of vibrating equipment, from the enquiry to the commissioning stage.
* Liaise with and support existing clients.
* Submission of tenders.
* Compilation of quotations.
* Liaison with clients (Project houses, Mines, etc.);
* Regular site visits; Maintenance and expansion of relationships with clients; Attend to after sales queries.?
* Process Engineering:
* Equipment design.
* Site assessments.
* Monitor of product performance; Equipment audits; Maintenance contracts; Design improvements; Technical know-how and advice to client.?
* As a condition for permanent employment the successful candidate will be expected to master, inter alia, these specific duties:
* Promote and maintain a sound long-term relationship with those clients allocated to his portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Managing and interpreting a client’s requirements.
