Job Summary
Minimum Requirements & Key Responsibilities
* Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
* Minimum 3 years external sales experience within:
+ Office Automation
+ CCTV & Surveillance
+ Telecommunications / PABX / VoIP
+ IT & Technology Solutions
+ Managed Business Services
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle essential.
* Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
* Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
Role Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
* Promote and sell business technology solutions including Office Automation, Printing Solutions, CCTV, PABX/VoIP, IT Infrastructure, Connectivity, Cloud, and Managed Services.
* Conduct client needs assessments and provide tailored business solutions.
* Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
* Maintain and grow existing client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer service.
* Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
* Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure successful implementation and service delivery.
* Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings as require
