Tourism/Hospitality - Food & Beverage Waterberg FULL TIME R18 000,00 - R20 000,00 (PER MONTH) Job Summary REQUIREMENT: \* RSA ID and legal residence essential \* Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry \* Proven track record in Food & Beverage management \* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills \* Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets \* Guest-oriented with a strong service mindset \* Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices \* Strong financial acumen and reporting ability \* Valid Driver’s License essential \* Matric (further qualification advantageous) SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: \* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) \* Working knowledge of PMS systems (Opera & Symphony advantageous) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards \* Assist senior management in the day-to-day operational running \* Monitor and enforce policies, procedures, and financial controls \* Lead, recruit, train, and appraise the F&B team \* Establish and manage targets, KPIs, rosters, and SOPs \* Drive a culture of teamwork, motivation, and service excellence \* Identify guest needs and respond proactively to concerns \* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations \* Oversee reporting on sales, productivity, and operational performance \* Manage staff training and development programs \* Coordinate and monitor F&B rosters and operations \* Assist with financial management and reporting \* Act as Manager on Duty when required \* Support front-of-house operations including guest hosting and check-ins when needed \* Ensure clear communication across all departments PACKAGE: \* Salary: R18 000 - R20 000 CTC \* Provident Fund (5% contribution) \* Medical Aid available as part of CTC \* Live-in accommodation provided \* Meals provided while on duty LOCATION: Waterberg, Limpopo African Echoes Recruitment Recruiter
