Job Summary
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper to Balance Sheet level
* Knowledge of imports and Import VAT will be an advantage
* Proficient in Sage Pastel V19 and Pastel Payroll
* Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Duties will include, but not limited to:
* Full bookkeeping function to Balance Sheet on Pastel 19
* Preparation of annual financials for audit purposes
* Posting and balancing of cash books
* Submission of VAT returns, including Import VAT
* Processing salaries on Pastel Payroll
* Submission of all monthly statutory returns
* Overseeing cash flow and daily financial operations
* Handling HR administration including recruitment, employee records, salaries and HR-related matters
