Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
* 2–3 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage management role.
* Proven experience within a fine-dining environment.
* Hands-on experience with Pilot, GAAP, and Market Man systems.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional, service-driven, and highly organized.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality
* Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs on menu design, pricing, and maintaining exceptional food quality
* Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage procurement of food and beverage supplies
* Budget Management: Develop and control budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximizing profitability
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to all food safety regulations and health standards
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including front office and events, to ensure seamless guest experiences
