Role Overview: The Client Experience Anchor
We are a high-growth YouTube strategy and production firm helping elite clients dominate their markets through video. We are seeking a high-energy, hyper-organized Client Success Manager (CSM) to serve as the operational bridge between our strategists and our clients.
This is a client-facing role that requires a "hospitality mindset" combined with rigorous project management skills. You will work alongside our Lead Strategist to ensure that every client feels supported, every video is on track, and no question goes unanswered. You aren't just managing an account; you are managing the production engine that drives our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities
I. Client Success & Relationship Management
* White-Glove Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, responding with speed, clarity, and a "can-do" attitude.
* Call Participation: Join all client strategy and performance calls to capture notes, extract action items, and provide operational updates.
* Question Filtering: Act as the first line of defense for client questions, resolving what you can and efficiently escalating complex strategic queries to the Lead Strategist.
II. Production Coordination & Board Management
* Production Tracking: Own the production board (ClickUp/Asana/Monday.com). Monitor the status of every video in the pipeline to ensure deadlines are met and bottlenecks are cleared.
* Scheduling & Publishing: Manage the final delivery and scheduling of videos on YouTube, ensuring all metadata, thumbnails, and descriptions are correctly implemented.
* Script & Asset Management: Keep the content folders organized, updating scripts based on strategist feedback and ensuring editors have the raw assets they need.
III. Operational Excellence
* SOP Execution: Follow and refine our internal workflows to ensure the client experience remains consistent as we scale.
* Performance Reporting: Help the strategist compile monthly performance data to show clients the measurable impact of their content.
Who You Are
Experience & Background
* Client-Facing Ops: 2–4+ years of experience in a client success, account management, or operations role, ideally within a digital agency or production house. Extra points for candidates who come from Youtube / content agency background or real estate.
* Perfect English: Your written and verbal English must be flawless. While you don't need to be a native speaker, you must be able to communicate with high-level US business owners with total confidence.
* US Timezone Alignment: You must be available and online 100% during US business hours to provide real-time support to our clients.
