About Us
Our Client is a fast-growing US-based performance marketing agency that runs Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads for home service businesses across America, including foundation repair, HVAC, renovations, landscaping, and auto repair. We launched in early 2026 and are already serving 10+ clients with a goal of 100+ by year-end. We're a small team (4 people in the US plus contractors) looking to add dedicated VAs to our back-office operation so our senior team can focus on strategy and client results.
About the Role
1. Account Management
You'll be the day-to-day support contact for our US clients (home service business owners). This role is about organization, communication, and keeping things moving. You'll:
* Send weekly performance check-ins to 10-20 clients via email and Slack
* Chase clients for missing assets (logos, photos, videos, brand information)
* Send monthly performance reports using our templates
* Schedule calls between clients and our US team
* Update our CRM (GoHighLevel) with client status, notes, and next actions
* Track onboarding progress for new clients through our 6-stage process
* Flag any client concerns or at-risk accounts to our senior team immediately
* Maintain client files in Google Drive
2. Meta Ads Campaign Setup
You'll handle the technical setup and daily monitoring of Meta advertising campaigns for our clients. This role is about precision, attention to detail, and following our playbook exactly. You'll:
* Set up new Meta ad campaigns following our standard templates and playbooks
* Upload creative assets to Meta Ads Manager (images, videos, ad copy)
* Configure audiences, placements, and budget settings per our SOPs
* Install and verify Meta Pixel tracking on client websites
* Set up conversion events and custom conversions
* Monitor daily performance and flag anomalies (CPL spikes, frequency issues)
* Pull weekly performance data and update our reports
* Manage client Business Manager access and ad account permissions
Role-Specific Requirements
* 2+ years experience in customer success, account management, or client support roles
* Comfortable on video calls if needed (professional appearance and background)
* Strong organizational skills — you can manage 15-30 client communications daily without missing details
* Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
* Confident communicator who can follow up, chase, and keep things moving without being pushy
* 1+ year of Meta Ads Manager experience (required — show us specific campaigns you've set up)
* Understanding of pixel tracking, conversion events, custom audiences
* Familiarity with Meta Business Manager permissions and access management
* Attention to detail — campaign setup mistakes cost clients money and we can't have that
* Experience following technical SOPs precisely
* 2+ years working with US-based companies — you understand American business communication style
* Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps, backup required)
* Long-term commitment — we're hiring for 2+ year engagements, not short-term contracts
* Fast learner — we have documented processes but the industry changes quickly
Bonus Points For:
* Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — big plus for both roles
* Experience with home service businesses (contractors, trades, etc.)
* Experience with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, N8N)
* Video conferencing comfort (Google Meet, Zoom)
* Canva familiarity
* ClickUp or similar project management experience
