We launched in early 2026 and are already serving 10+ clients with a goal of 100+ by year-end. We're a small team (4 people in the US plus contractors) looking to add dedicated VAs to our back-office operation so our senior team can focus on strategy and client results. About the Role 1. Account Management  You'll be the day-to-day support contact for our US clients (home service business owners). This role is about organization, communication, and keeping things moving. You'll: * Send weekly performance check-ins to 10-20 clients via email and Slack * Chase clients for missing assets (logos, photos, videos, brand information) * Send monthly performance reports using our templates * Schedule calls between clients and our US team * Update our CRM (GoHighLevel) with client status, notes, and next actions * Track onboarding progress for new clients through our 6-stage process * Flag any client concerns or at-risk accounts to our senior team immediately * Maintain client files in Google Drive 2. Meta Ads Campaign Setup  You'll handle the technical setup and daily monitoring of Meta advertising campaigns for our clients. This role is about precision, attention to detail, and following our playbook exactly.
