You will be responsible for the technical backbone of our marketing efforts—launching investment deal collateral, managing our HubSpot ecosystem, and ensuring our brand alignment is consistent across all digital touchpoints. What You’ll Do Every Day * Automation as an Assistant: Build and maintain sophisticated automation workflows to handle tedious tasks, reducing the need for manual creative assistance. * Technical Marketing Ops: Manage the "back end" of our web presence, including creating deal collateral and landing pages for new investment opportunities. * HubSpot Mastery: Take full ownership of HubSpot for CRM management, email marketing, and data tracking. * AI Implementation: Use tools like ChatGPT to synthesize reports, draft newsletters, and create high-quality content efficiently. * Data-Driven Strategy: Track and report on digital demographics and page engagement to help senior management make informed investment and paid media decisions. * Brand & Content Alignment: Ensure professional B2B and B2C brand alignment across social media (Meta, Instagram, Facebook) and investor communications. * Collateral Design: Support the creation of professional pitch decks and digital reports for high-ticket sales.
