Marketing Automation Specialist (Real Estate & Finance)
Location: Remote (Latin America or South Africa preferred)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Strict availability for 9:00 AM EST Daily Huddles)
Salary: $2,000 – $2,700 USD / Month (Flexible based on experience and technical expertise)
Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing and automation experience
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who is highly technical, results-oriented, and ready to "get their hands dirty." This is a replacement hire for a key position in our team. We don’t just need a strategist; we need a "doer" who can execute high-level marketing operations using the latest AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and drive lead engagement.
You will be responsible for the technical backbone of our marketing efforts—launching investment deal collateral, managing our HubSpot ecosystem, and ensuring our brand alignment is consistent across all digital touchpoints.
What You’ll Do Every Day
* Automation as an Assistant: Build and maintain sophisticated automation workflows to handle tedious tasks, reducing the need for manual creative assistance.
* Technical Marketing Ops: Manage the "back end" of our web presence, including creating deal collateral and landing pages for new investment opportunities.
* HubSpot Mastery: Take full ownership of HubSpot for CRM management, email marketing, and data tracking.
* AI Implementation: Use tools like ChatGPT to synthesize reports, draft newsletters, and create high-quality content efficiently.
* Data-Driven Strategy: Track and report on digital demographics and page engagement to help senior management make informed investment and paid media decisions.
* Brand & Content Alignment: Ensure professional B2B and B2C brand alignment across social media (Meta, Instagram, Facebook) and investor communications.
* Collateral Design: Support the creation of professional pitch decks and digital reports for high-ticket sales.
What We’re Looking For
* Technical "Roll-Up-Your-Sleeves" Mentality: You must be capable of executing the work yourself rather than just delegating.
* Automation Savvy: Expert knowledge of marketing automation tools and how to use them to scale operations.
* Tool Proficiency: High level of comfort with HubSpot, LinkedIn, and AI-writing/optimization tools.
* Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience in Real Estate Investment or Finance marketing is a significant plus, as you will be dealing with high-ticket sales and investor relations.
* Meta Ads Experience: Preferred
* English Fluency: Professional-level written and spoken English is required to communicate with our US and Israel-based teams.
* Reliability: You must be online and available during US Eastern business hours for team collaboration.
