Job Summary
Description:
* Generate new vehicle sales through prospecting, networking, and referrals
* Engage with walk-in customers and convert leads into sales
* Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
* Structure deals, including pricing, trade-ins, and finance options
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
* Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
* Ensure compliance with dealership processes and OEM standards
Requirements:
* Grade 12 (Matric)
* Valid driver’s license (essential)
* Proven experience in vehicle sales (new or used vehicles preferred)
* Strong sales track record with target-driven performance
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work weekends and extended hours
* Sales and closing ability
* Negotiation and persuasion
