What Youll Do
Strategic Leadership:
+ Craft and implement integrated marketing plans across channels and market segments.
+ Lead data-driven strategies using customer insights, consumer trends, and analytics.
+ Present and refine campaigns with clear ROI tracking and performance analysis.
Campaign Execution & Team Collaboration:
+ Work with internal creatives and external partners to deliver outstanding advertising and communication assets.
+ Manage social media platforms and digital content across all touchpoints.
+ Coordinate events from concept to on-the-ground execution.
+ Oversee CRM, lead nurturing, and email strategies in partnership with digital teams.
Brand Building & Engagement:
+ Align messaging across channels and customer lifecycles.
+ Drive awareness, loyalty, and conversion with consistent, compelling storytelling.
+ Be a brand ambassador at events, press engagements, and internal forums.
What Youll Bring
+ 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a brand-led or product-driven environment.
+ Proven ability to create and execute successful campaigns across multiple channels.
+ Strong project management and multitasking skillsyou thrive under pressure.
+ Expertise in social media marketing, CRM platforms, and automation tools.
+ Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.
+ Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
+ A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advantageous).
+ Existing press/media contacts or experience with AutoSLM, Keyloop (CDK), Autotrader, or cars.co.za is a bonus.
