Position : Decipher (Survey) Programmer Work Hours : Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Timezone : EST Salary Range : $3,500 - $4,500 per month (depending on experience) Location : Remote (Latin America / Mexico) Experience: 3+ years of experience - mid level ABOUT THE ROLE The Decipher (Survey) Programmer is responsible for managing and executing tasks pertaining to managed- service projects while generating improved workflow, user experiences, accuracy, client satisfaction and repeat business. The Survey Programmer will be working in a fast pace and demanding environment and will report directly to the Director. This role is for someone technically proficient at Forsta/Decipher programming who is interested in working collaboratively in a growing environment. * Program, develop and design web-based surveys from client questionnaires in varying formats. * Interpret, review and create logical syntax across multiple platforms. * Ensure all components and deliverables within a project’s scope meet the highest standards of quality. * Proficient in understanding the project lifecycle and ability to manage each component. * QA testing of the survey instruments, program and all deliverables to ensure client satisfaction, quality standards and error-free projects. * Follow all data quality procedures to ensure the data has no errors or deficiency. * Create and manage quality processes around Data Processing services (Coding, tabulations, charting, etc.) as well as other related support services (Translations, etc.). * Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to complete jobs and ensure client satisfaction. * Maintain proactive ongoing communication with both internal teams and the client on a project-by-project basis. * Proactively identify and solve project related problems to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data. * Actively pursue knowledge of the survey research industry and other relevant software packages. * Any other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
