Internship Application Closing Date: 08 May 2026 Internship Location: Pretoria, Braamfontein, Witbank, Polokwane, Welkom, Kimberley, Gqeberha, East London, Cape Town, Klerksdorp, Mafikeng and Durban, South Africa About the DMPR Internship Programme The Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources (DMPR) is inviting qualifying applicants to apply for its Graduate Internship Programme for the 2026/2027 – 2027/2028 financial years. This internship programme is aimed at unemployed South African graduates who need workplace exposure in order to strengthen their skills and improve employability. The department also encourages persons with disabilities and TVET College graduates to apply. Successful candidates will be responsible for arranging their own transport and accommodation for the duration of the internship. Internship Stipend A monthly stipend will be paid according to qualification level: * Diploma / Degree / Honours: R7 860,50 per month * Master’s Degree: R9 482,00 per month Important General
