Responsibilities: * Client Liaison: Act as the primary link between clients and internal specialist resources to resolve business process issues. * Technical Support: Troubleshoot retail and distribution software matters within the React ERP system. * Service Excellence: Maintain high service quality levels and adhere to strict SLAs for incident resolution and hand-offs. * Project Delivery: Manage and complete assigned projects within defined timelines. * Mobility: Travel nationally and internationally as required by project demands. Minimum Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. * Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Retail, Sales, and Distribution business process flows. * Financial Literacy: Proficiency in General Ledger, financial statements, and month-end/year-end closing reconciliations. * Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. * Note: Specific training on the React ERP system will be provided. * Background: Previous experience as a Client Support Consultant, ideally within the FMCG sector. * Process Expertise: Detailed understanding of Cash, Inventory, and Financial cycles. * Operational Readiness: Ability to prioritize business-critical issues and work non-standard hours when necessary. * Attributes: A self-starter capable of working both independently and collaboratively; highly reliable and punctual.
