Employer: West Coast Personnel
Provide admin and operational support to the maintenance team. Handle calls, log faults, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quick resolution.Hours: Mon-Fri, 07:00 - 16:00
Key Duties:
+ Answer and manage incoming calls
+ Log and track maintenance issues
+ Assign and escalate faults to the team
+ Follow up to ensure jobs are completed
+ Keep accurate records and reports
+ Monitor staff attendance and report absenteeism
+ Assist with general admin tasks
Requirements:
+ Strong communication skills
+ Detail-oriented and organised
+ Able to multitask and prioritise
+ Basic maintenance knowledge (advantage)
+ MS Office & Excel skills
