Automotive - Automotive Technician Centurion FULL TIME Job Summary Minimum Requirements: * BCom Accounting / Finance or equivalent (NQF Level 7) * CA(SA) / SAIPA / CIMA or equivalent (advantageous) * Minimum 10+ years’ experience in senior finance roles * Strong experience in project / contract accounting * Solid knowledge of IFRS and South African tax legislation * Experience in management accounts, reporting, and forecasting * Advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Sage / Pastel, etc.) Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the full financial accounting function, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end processes * Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS * Manage and maintain the integrity of financial records and reporting * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes * Prepare management accounts and deliver detailed variance analysis and reporting * Manage financial oversight of multiple projects or contracts simultaneously * Develop, monitor, and track project budgets, forecasts, and cost performance * Analyse project variances and provide insights on financial performance * Support project billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes * Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning inputs * Coordinate and manage internal and external audit processes * Ensure compliance with SARS requirements including VAT, PAYE, and income tax * Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial governance processes * Engage with auditors, stakeholders, and management on financial matters * Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making * Support and guide operational teams on financial processes and cost management * Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting, and processes Innovazi Consulting (Pty) Ltd Recruiter
