In this role, you’ll ensure that all parties are aligned throughout the financing process, helping to simplify options, answer questions, and coordinate essential steps — while always clarifying that we are not the lender, but providing an elevated level of expertise to support their goals with obtaining financing for a project and making sure our contractors feel confident in the partnership. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and contractors during the financing process, primarily during the introduction and pre-qualification stages. * Clearly explain financing options and processes without offering financial advice or making lending decisions. * Coordinate between contractors, homeowners, and third-party lenders to ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted correctly. * Set realistic expectations around approval timelines, required paperwork, and next steps. * Monitor the progress of financing applications and proactively update all parties on status changes or required actions when possible. * Address questions or concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a service-first mindset. * Educate contractors on best practices for presenting financing to clients and ensure they are supported throughout the customer’s financing journey. * Maintain accurate records of communications and actions in our internal CRM or tracking systems. * Escalate issues to the appropriate team or lending partner when needed and follow through to resolution when applicable. * Work collaboratively with other internal teams (Support, Customer Success Managers, and Leadership across functions).
