Role Description:The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the company’s technological vision and strategy. This role drives innovation, oversees all aspects of the company’s technology development, and ensures that technological resources are aligned with the company’s business goals. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, such as CTO, VP of Engineering, or Technical Director. * Strong background in software development, systems architecture, and emerging technologies. * Demonstrated experience building and scaling engineering teams and digital platforms. * Deep understanding of data security, cloud infrastructure, and agile development methodologies. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to solving complex problems. * Experience working in startup, high-growth, or innovation-driven environments is a plus.
