Role Description This is a full-time remote role as a Draftsman at a United States company. The Dratfsman will design renderings and site plans in AutoCAD for construction projects. You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based construction / development company. Qualifications * A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * 5+ years experience with AutoCad * 5+ years experience in the construction industry * Experience looking up building codes and regulations * An eye for design and a background in architecture or civil engineering * Strong communication skills * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to work independently and remotely * Proficiency in project management tools Requirements: * Typing speed 40+ words per minute * Ability to work on US time zone * A clean and professional remote work environment * Fast internet, a second monitor and a fast computer Salary: $1,250-2,400 per month, paid in USD depending on experience. Details: * Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly. * Client has a desire for long term commitment.
