We are looking for a technically minded Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role combines hands-on technical support with customer relationship management, including equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Minimum requirements:
+ Relevant 3-year qualification (Electrical, Clinical Engineering, Medical Technology or similar)
+ Minimum 1 year experience in a field service / technical support role
+ Experience working with customers (face-to-face and telephonic)
+ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
+ Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot technical equipment
+ Basic understanding of reporting and CRM systems
