Responsibilities ● Create engaging, on-brand UGC-style content for TikTok and Instagram Reels ● Appear on camera and speak directly to the audience in an authentic and relatable tone ● Develop content ideas that align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and trends ● Collaborate with the creative and marketing team on scripting, storytelling, and hooks ● Monitor platform trends, memes, and viral formats to keep content fresh ● Edit videos using mobile or desktop tools to ensure quality and polish ● Analyze performance data and iterate on content to improve reach and engagement ● Film content for paid ad campaigns ● Maintain a consistent posting schedule and backlog of planned content Requirements ● Proven experience creating TikToks/Reels with strong engagement (personal or brand) ● Comfortable speaking directly to camera and embodying a brand voice ● Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video culture ● Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar) ● Ability to self-direct and film independently with minimal oversight ● Strong grasp of storytelling, hooks, and pacing in short-form video ● Bonus: Experience with lighting/audio setup or willingness to learn
