Position:Sales Development Representative (CRM) Working Hours:Mondays to Fridays; 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST Salary range:$1,200 - $1,500 per month Location:Remote (preferred: South Africa/LATAM) Company Overview We are a fast-growing marketing technology consulting firm specializing in CRM services. Our mission is to help businesses streamline sales, estimating, and project management. Job Overview: We’re seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Development Representative to generate qualified outbound leads and book demos.Your role will be to identify, call, and qualify potential customers, with the ultimate goal of setting high-quality meetings that convert into long-term clients. What You’ll Be Given: * Target account lists * Call scripts * Email and LinkedIn templates * CRM access (Close) * Training on ICP and value proposition Key Responsibilities: * Make 50–80 outbound cold calls per day * Follow up via email or LinkedIn as appropriate * Book demos directly with clients * Take detailed notes and update the CRM after each touchpoint * Hit weekly/monthly appointment and pipeline contribution goals * Attend weekly check-ins for coaching, accountability, and reporting What Success Looks Like: * You consistently meet or exceed appointment targets * Your booked demos turn into high-quality sales opportunities * You handle objections with professionalism and confidence * The internal sales team gives strong feedback on your leads What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in B2B cold calling, ideally with technology industries * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills * Strong objection-handling ability * Experience using CRMs such as Close or HubSpot * Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently * Industry knowledge of property management or mechanical trades is a plus
