Pay Range : Base $1000 - $1,800 USD/month + Commission (TBD)(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Role Overview:
As a Bond Originator, you will be the cornerstone of the bond application process, driving efficiency and ensuring a seamless, accurate, and timely service experience for all clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Application Management & Compliance: Oversee the end-to-end administration of all bond applications, ensuring meticulous documentation and strict adherence to industry regulations.
* Client Relationship & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, expertly guiding them through the bond process, resolving queries, and assisting with client onboarding and retention.
* Internal Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate synchronization of all bond-related information.
* Career Growth: While initially focusing on essential administrative and processing tasks, this role offers a clear path for growth into more complex and strategic bond origination responsibilities over time.
Minimum Qualifications:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree (advantageous)
* A minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in bond administration or mortgage origination, with a strong track record of success.
* In-depth technical knowledge of the bond market, including current trends, regulatory requirements, and lending criteria.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.
* Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in high-volume administrative environments.
* Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital productivity tools to streamline workflow and client management.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, managing complex priorities with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
