Work Schedule: 9am-6pm EST
Salary: $1500-$2000 (depending on experience)
Job Overview:
CLIENT is an AI front desk for Canadian healthcare. We answer every call, book appointments, reduce no-shows, and integrate with EMRs—built for compliance, scheduling, and patient throughput.
What you will do
* Own a new-logo quota across a defined territory/segment (e.g., independent clinics, group practices, specialty networks).
* Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for target accounts.
* Navigate complex stakeholder maps to build champions and secure decision-maker sponsorship (Clinic Owner, Practice Manager, Operations, IT/EMR, Finance).
* Run tight proofs of value tied to clear success criteria and ROI (missed calls recovered, no-show reduction, booking conversion, staff hours saved).
* Partner with Solutions and Post-Sales to ensure pilots expand into multi-year agreements.
* Feed Product and GTM with crisp customer insights and win/loss data.
What you will need
* 2+ years closing SaaS deals with consistent quota attainment.
* Experience selling into healthcare or a clear passion to master the space (Canadian healthcare context is a plus).
* Command of challenger-style, value-led selling; comfort with frameworks like MEDDPICC / Command of the Message.
* Ability to learn AI + voice workflow concepts quickly and translate them into business outcomes.
* Startup mindset—self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and hungry to outperform.
What success looks like (first 90 days)
* Build a target account list and outbound engine for your segment; demonstrate repeatable messaging.
* Close your first set of discovery-to-pilot deals with clean success criteria.
* Turn at least one pilot into an expansion path with clear champions and exec alignment.
Nice to have
* Familiarity with EMRs/EHRs and clinic operations (scheduling, referrals, billing).
* Experience selling solutions that touch phone systems (SIP/PBX) or workflow automation.
