We need a Senior Marketing Manager who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. You won't just be managing; you will be building the strategy, overseeing media buying, and ensuring our funnels provide actual value to our customers through lead magnets and calculators. Duties and Responsibilities: * Build and lead our first in-house marketing team. You will define the processes that don't exist yet. * Omnichannel Media Buying: Oversee (and initially execute) paid media across Google Search (intent-based) and Meta (interruption-based). * Funnel Architecture: Move us away from generic lead forms to high-value "Lead Magnets" (calculators, tax-saving tools, and interactive content). * Creative Oversight: Manage the production of high-performing creative (UGC, AI-enhanced, and graphic design) that feels like a premium brand, not a commodity. * ROI Focus: Take full ownership of the return on ad spend (ROAS). You should be obsessed with data and keyword bidding strategies. Minimum Requirements: Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally) Experience: 5+ years of related experience * Experience in media buying * Experience in funnel builders and modern marketing tools (e.g., Lovable, AI creative tools, high-end Photoshop/Design—not just Canva). * Background in insurance or financial services is a plus, but a "hustler" mentality is more important. * Agency experience a big plus
