Work Experience required: * 3-5 years of experience as a silo bag assistant depot manager. * Strong operational background, agile individual with the ability to multitask. * Excellent staff management skills * Preventative maintenance and efficiency mind-set in an agricultural environment. * Assist with ground preparation, bags layout and measurement. * Solid administration skills. * Good planning and problem-solving skills, a self-managed individual. * Understand risks in the Agri-environment, with a focus on Wheat. * Experience with On Farm Depots will also be beneficial.
