Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter at a growing U.S.-based company. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for defined responsibilities as outlined below. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be supporting the company's technical recruitment goals in line with our client support vision of unified success. In this role, you will source and attract highly qualified candidates across various channels and platforms, conduct initial screenings and interviews, maintain comprehensive applicant databases, and coordinate final interview arrangements with Hiring Managers. As a technical recruitment specialist you will be the defining factor in refining and advancing recruitment strategies to align with the evolving needs of our clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with and provide support to your team members to ensure a unified and effective recruitment process.  Qualifications * More than 3 years of experience in Specialist Technical Recruitment or RPO * Strong sourcing, people support, and decision-making skills * Able to deliver exceptional candidate quality in line with the clients role expectations * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in recruitment management tools and software eg, RCRM, Workable etc * Ability to work effectively in a remote setting Responsibilities…
