We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring process by liaising with external recruitment agencies and ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing agency relationships, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment agencies.
* Coordinate job briefs and vacancy requirements with recruitment partners.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, agencies, and hiring managers.
* Track candidate progress through the recruitment process.
* Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate databases.
* Ensure recruitment agencies adhere to company hiring procedures and standards.
* Assist hiring managers with recruitment administration and documentation.
* Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to management.
