Job Summary
Responsibilities:
* Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and GRNs
* Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and filed within required timelines
* Capture and maintain data on Syspro, including orders and stock codes
* Verify that orders, pricing, and quantities match supplier documentation
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve pricing, quantity, and delivery queries
* Support credit requests and returns processes
* Ensure all documentation is submitted to finance within required deadlines
* Maintain control sheets and tracking for items sent to suppliers
* Assist with weekly creditor payments preparation
* Support general procurement and stores administration
* Monitor and enforce process compliance and “first-time right” principle
Requirements:
* Matric / Grade 12
* Degree / Diploma advantageous
* Proven experience in procurement or stores administration within manufacturing
* Strong experience working on ERP systems (Syspro advantageous)
