Role Overview: Work Location: This role is fully Remote The Inside Sales Agent owns phone-based engagement with qualified leads for the clients’ VR therapy programs. The primary responsibility is to call warm leads, connect live when they answer, qualify interest and eligibility, and progress conversations toward enrollment. Nearly all leads come from paid Meta advertising. Most activity is real-time calling. Some next steps may be scheduled, but the role is not calendar-driven. Success depends on live connection rate, call quality, objection handling proficiency, and conversion performance when leads answer. This role is intentionally narrow and execution-focused.
