Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter at a fast-growing lead generation agency that supports US-based financial professionals. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team. We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual who is confident in communicating with potential clients and can thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, sales support, or a related role.
* Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with CRM systems and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Zoom.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently while consistently meeting performance targets.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social media to warm and cold leads.
* Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and level of interest.
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions within the CRM system.
* Follow up consistently with prospects to increase conversion rates.
* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, appointments set, and lead conversions.
* Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and performance results.
* Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects to the sales team.
Compensation
$1,000 - $1,800 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.
Details
* Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
