Role Description The Construction Estimator is responsible for forecasting project costs by gathering details and compiling data to estimate all production costs according to drawings and specifications. This role involves preparing complete, clear, and concise bids, budget proposal estimates, and design/build proposals in alignment with the company's exemplary work standards. Full service bidding , leveling, descope meetings  The ideal hire will possess critical thinking skills and be able to use this and apply initiative in order to meet targets and couple this back to the bigger picture of how it all connects to operations. Qualifications: * 5 years of experience in the commercial electrical industry. * Strong background in cost estimation and bid preparation. * Experience with Accubid or AI-based estimation tools is a plus (or willingness to learn).
