Qualifications * An English or Afrikaans accent. * Typing at least 50 words per minute. * 1-5 years of customer service and sales experience. * Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares. * Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
