You will play a key internal role in drafting communications, managing data in Excel, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Draft and refine written communications for internal and client-facing purposes * Manage and analyze data using Excel, including complex spreadsheets and formulas * Operate within a software GUI and collaborate via Slack * Handle detailed, repetitive tasks with care and consistency * Execute urgent, last-minute assignments with quick turnaround when required * Proactively take ownership of projects and daily responsibilities * Maintain accurate records and documentation * Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders Key Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience * Sales and Marketing experience * Excellent written English and communication skills * Diligent, detailed, and reliable.
