Job Title: Sales Executive Assistant
Location: South America or Latin America (Remote)
Working Hours: CST Business Hours 8am-5pm

We are a dynamic and growth-oriented company passionate about enhancing our sales processes and customer engagement.We are seeking a Sales Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in building our book of business, increasing incoming sales, and managing executive administrative tasks for your assigned Account Manager.
Position Overview:
The Sales Executive Assistant will support our Account Manager by performing various functions that enhance productivity and facilitate sales growth. This role requires an individual with strong experience in HubSpot, and Sales Support, who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and ensure all executive assistant duties are handled with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in building and maintaining the book of business by identifying and nurturing client relationships.
* Support the sales team in increasing incoming sales through effective follow-ups and lead management.
* Manage executive assistant duties including scheduling meetings, email assistance as needed, and preparing reports.
* Conduct research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
* Support sales presentations and provide necessary materials to enhance client engagement.
* Maintain organized records of prospects, clients, and sales activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the sales industry.
* 2+ years of experience in HubSpot required; experience with additional sales automation tools is a plus
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities.
* Availability to work during CST business hours is essential. You will work alongside your Account Manager 8am-5pm CST.
