Property Manager Location: South Africa Salary Range: 800-2400 can go up to 3000 USD (depending on years of experience) Role Description: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This role ensures that properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and occupancy and revenue goals are met. The Property Manager serves as the main point of contact between property owners, tenants, vendors, and service providers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing real estate assets while delivering exceptional customer service.
